Free Nationwide Shipping
We are proud to offer free nationwide shipping on all orders! Please note that we require 3 to 5 business days on average to process and fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to get your items to you as quickly as we can.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are typically 7 to 10 business days, depending on your region. Please be aware that external factors such as public holidays, natural disasters, or global events (e.g., pandemics) may affect delivery times.

Pre-Order & Backorder Items

If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship all available items immediately. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If you receive a partial delivery, don’t worry — the rest of your order is on its way.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if a mobile number was provided) with a tracking ID and link to follow your package’s journey.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. We aim to process and ship orders quickly, so there's only a short window to correct any address errors.
