What is your return and exchange policy?

If you're unsatisfied with your order, kindly send it back to us within 7 days of the invoice date for exchange or online store credit. Please ensure that items and any accompanying packaging are in good condition before sending them over.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Our CSR will reach out to you via email within 24-48 hours (weekdays only) regarding the return options. 

How long will it take to process my return or exchange?

We will send your replacement item/s once we've confirmed that the original item/s have been picked up.
